The shell.
One shell over the whole app: six circular chips on a floating rail — Dashboard, People, Work, Chat, Money, Mktg — and pill-segmented floor strips inside each app. The header carries search and your avatar and nothing else; Earnest is not a button up there but the column on the right of every screen. Organization and Account live in the avatar menu rather than taking rail space; Files is a floor of Organization.
What you get
Six app chips on a floating rail
A quiet header — search and your avatar — with Earnest in its own column
Pill-segmented floor strips for in-app navigation
