Focus — one door to Earnest.

The header is three controls: search, your avatar, and “E.” — the door. It opens Focus full screen, and the chips it offers first are ranked for whatever you were just looking at, so asking from a project opens on that project. There is no docked sidebar any more; there is one door, and it already knows where you are standing. It greets you the same way every time: “I’m here. No rush. What’s the honest version of how things are right now?”
